How do you check Gold purity?
We use German purity checking machine which gives 99.9% accuracy without damaging gold jewelries.
Does Capital Gold Buyer ask for any documents to buy the gold items?
Yes! The company representatives at the branch ask for valid documents. The seller needs to carry one identity proof i.e. Aadhaar card, PAN card, Driving license or any government authorized identity proof.
Does the company release pledge gold as well?
Yes, the company does release pledged gold jewelry and helps customers in releasing the pledged gold.
Do you work on Sunday as well?
We serve the customers on Sunday as well. However, the customer has to make an appointment before visiting the branch directly.
What time do your branches open?
Our office operates from morning 9:00 AM to evening 8:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday. If it is an emergency, then we work beyond office time as well. A customer has just to inform us in advance.
What mode of payment company chooses to transfer money to a customer’s account?
We pay amounts to customers through both online and offline modes. We pay up to 50,000 in cash to customers and prefer online modes like RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, or UPI for an amount above 50,000.
How is the company doing valuation of gold and how does it take?
We use a German-made purity checking machine to check the purity in 10 minutes with 99.99% accuracy, without damaging any gold items.
How much time do you take to complete the buying process?
It totally depends on the quantity of gold, but generally, it does not take more than 10-15 minutes to check the purity of gold and process the amount.
Do you release pledged Gold?
Yes, we release pledged Gold. Irrespective of the place you pledge.
Do you have any service charges?
No, we don’t.
Is stone value included?
Yes, we consider the stone value for valuable stones.
Do you need the orignal bill for the pledged Gold?
Capital Gold Buyers does not support stolen and illegal gold. Selling stolen gold or fake gold is considered to be a criminal offense if found the person will be held by law enforcement authorities. Anyone age 21 or less can sell gold only with a parent/guardian’s written letter.
